2. Use of Services
2.1 Eligibility

- Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of account credentials
- Valid identification and documentation required for tenancy

- Smoke in non-designated areas
- Harass, intimidate, or discriminate against other residents or staff
- Modify or alter property structures without written consent
4. Accommodation Services
4.1 Tenancy Terms
- Minimum stay periods: 3-6 months depending on service type
- Security deposit equivalent to one month's rent required
- Rent payable monthly in advance
- Late payment fees apply after 7-day grace period
- Utilities included unless otherwise specified
4.2 Cancellation and Refunds
- 30 days written notice required for early termination
- Security deposit refundable subject to inspection
- Deductions may apply for damages or outstanding charges
- No refund for unused portion of monthly rent
- Force majeure events handled on case-by-case basis
4.3 Property Access
Management reserves the right to access units for maintenance, inspections, and emergencies with reasonable notice except in urgent situations.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this website remains the property of Harmoniion and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

9. Termination

- Repeated disturbance of other residents
- Material misrepresentation in application
9.2 Effects of Termination
- Immediate vacation of premises required
- Outstanding charges become immediately due
- Security deposit applied to damages and fees
- Certain provisions survive termination (confidentiality, liability)
10. General Provisions
10.1 Entire Agreement
These terms, together with any tenancy agreement, constitute the entire agreement between parties.
10.2 Severability
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, remaining provisions continue in full effect.
10.3 No Waiver
Failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute waiver of future enforcement.
10.4 Assignment
