After submitting your inquiry, we'll schedule a property viewing within 48 hours. Following the viewing, you'll complete an application form and provide basic documentation. Our team reviews applications within 3 business days, prioritizing compatibility with existing residents and community values. Once approved, you can typically move in within 7 days.

We offer flexible lease options starting from 3-month minimum stays. Most residents opt for 6 or 12-month agreements, which come with preferential rates. Month-to-month extensions are available after the initial term. A security deposit equivalent to one month's rent is required, fully refundable upon satisfactory inspection at move-out.

Visitors are welcome in common areas during reasonable hours (8 AM to 10 PM). Overnight guests are permitted for up to 3 nights per month with prior notification to management. Extended stays require approval and may incur additional charges. We maintain these policies to ensure comfort and security for all residents.

Each resident has a private, lockable room with personal storage. Common areas are designed with multiple zones allowing for both social interaction and quiet activities.
